1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Rideshare Rentals, including vehicle rentals for rideshare and delivery platform use.

1.2. By renting a vehicle, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet the eligibility requirements for rideshare platforms like Uber and Lyft.

2. Vehicle Use

2.1. Vehicles rented from Rideshare Rentals must only be used for rideshare or delivery services unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.2. Drivers are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in a clean and operable condition during the rental period.

2.3. Smoking, transporting illegal items, or engaging in any unlawful activities in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. Rental fees are due in full prior to the start of the rental period unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.2. Drivers are fully liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, including accidents, theft, or misuse.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.

5.2. Modifications to the rental agreement, including extensions or vehicle changes, are subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Mileage and Fuel

6.1. Rentals include unlimited mileage, allowing drivers to maximize their earnings without restrictions.

6.2. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided during pickup. A refueling fee may apply for discrepancies.

7. Termination of Agreement

7.1. Rideshare Rentals reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement if:

The vehicle is misused.Payment terms are violated.The renter fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.7.2. In the event of termination, the renter must return the vehicle immediately to avoid additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rideshare Rentals is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from:
